Life is a mystery.
It answers your questions with questions
Because words mean so little.
There is no second chance.
When all that you see is illusion
Every fact is a riddle.
The world like a veil shows no true color.
It sinks like a stone and floats like a feather.
And life like a book you judge by its cover
Has eyes like a laser shining forever.
World like a veil
World like a jewel
World like a sail
World like a pool
I took a photograph.
I held it more real than the real
Of the moments that vanish.
I heard words from the breeze
Of rumors of far distant lands
That it whispered in Spanish.
The world like a veil shows no true color.
It sinks like a stone and floats like a feather.
And life like a book you judge by its cover
Has eyes like a laser shining forever.
World like a veil
World like a jewel
World like a sail
World like a pool
